Yoga with Jo - 60 minute Zoom class- $15- Saturday Mornings - 0830-0930 am

Gita style yoga class where every body is honoured.

This style of Hatha targets the endocrine system of the body. With our system under so much environmental pressure we need a style of yoga that will soothe and calm our central nervous system and dysregulated endocrine system.


The sequence of 10 postures, completed in a specific order, encourages the whole body to be systematically stretched, oxygenated, flexed and moved in such a way for maximum benefit for minimum energy expenditure.

The 60 minute class includes lengthy limbering, so you are ready to move effortlessly into the postures, pranayama (breathing practise) with yogic philosophy interwoven throughout.

When you enrol for your $15 class, you will receive a zoom link that will give you entry into the class in the 5 minutes before we begin. If you have not practised with me before, give yourself some time to arrive without rush or flurry.

Please have your mat or comfortable surface to practice upon, something warm to cover yourself with in quiet times during the class and maybe blocks or a chair handy if needed.
