No experience needed.
Come with a readiness to slow down - perhaps, gain insights - maybe and connect with others exploring the sometimes quieter and sometimes noisier places within.
Be comfortable with a place to settle and be undisturbed for a while.
Create a scared space for you to nestle into, maybe a candle, or nice scents to draw you into this moment. Anything to enable you to honour the pause and the commitment you are making to yourself.
Bring a journal or somewhere to write/draw and reflect - at times we will be using a written medium.
Sometimes there will be movement.
It will be an adventure.
When you make your commitment to the session, you will receive a zoom link for the class.
I will be online in the 5-10 minutes before so take time to arrive and settle into yourself.
