This is a class for those new to yoga, those returning in a body needing a gentler stretch or anyone hoping for a
mindful practice.
You will be guided in an invitational, non-judgmental environment. This class will focus the foundations of
Hatha Yoga, GITA style.
We will move through a sequence designed to balance the body and mind - including breath, asana (postures), and
mindfulness practices.
A perfect way to cushion your journey into 2025, amidst all the wonder and possibilities of the unfolding year.
